Mehbit Mastercard — Singapore

The Singapore Mastercard is the card most people should start with. It is the cheapest to issue at 20 USDT, it can be issued today, and a Singapore BIN is the one we have tested most widely — every provider in our cloud and hosting category settled on it, along with ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, GitHub, Vercel and Google Ads.

What the Singapore programme costs you

Programme VAT is 9%, and it applies to every purchase rather than only to fees. On 100 USDT of monthly spend that is 9 USDT a month — less than the UK programme charges at 20%, more than Hong Kong charges at zero. Alongside it you pay a 5% fee when you load the card from your wallet and a flat 0.35 USDT per transaction, both of which are the same on every Mehbit card.

What it does not do yet

This card is not provisioned into Apple Pay or Google Pay. If tapping to pay in a wallet matters to you, the Visa (Singapore) and Mastercard (Hong Kong) programmes both support it and are on the way. For online checkout — which is what these cards are mainly for — the wallet makes no difference.

Whichever programme you choose, use the billing address on your Mehbit profile at checkout rather than your local one. Address mismatch, not the card, is the most common reason a first payment is declined.
