Mehbit Visa — Singapore

Program country: Singapore

The Singapore Visa is announced but not yet issuable. It exists for one reason the Mastercards cannot cover: a minority of merchants accept Visa only, or run their fraud checks differently on the two networks and decline one while accepting the other.

When the network actually matters

Most of the time it does not. Every service in our catalogue that has been payment-tested was tested on a Mastercard, and cloud providers, AI platforms and ad accounts almost never care which network the card carries. The cases where it does are specific: an older regional checkout that only lists Visa, or a merchant whose processor has scored Mastercard prepaid ranges more harshly than Visa ones.

So this is a second card rather than a first one. If you already hold a Mehbit Mastercard and a particular checkout refuses it, a Visa on the same Singapore programme is the thing most likely to get through — same 9% programme VAT, same 5% load fee, same 0.35 USDT per transaction.

Issuance and wallets

Issuance will be 50 USDT rather than the 20 the live Mastercards cost, and the programme supports Apple Pay and Google Pay, which neither currently available Mastercard does. We announce programme openings on the Telegram channel before anywhere else.
