What is this service?

Foreplay is a creative-research tool for people who make paid social ads. Its core is the Swipe File: a place to save ads you come across — from the Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn ad libraries, via a Chrome extension or the mobile app — organise them into boards, get the video ads transcribed automatically and share the boards with a client or a team. Ads saved in Foreplay stay saved even after the advertiser switches them off, which is the whole point for anyone who has lost a great reference because it disappeared from the ad library.

Around the swipe file sit the other modules. Discovery is a search engine over a very large library of ads, with filters and AI creative analysis. Spyder follows competitor brands’ ad libraries around the clock so you can see what they test and which hooks they keep coming back to. Lens is creative analytics for your own ad accounts, for comparing tests and building reports. Briefs turns the inspiration into a working creative brief with storyboard, script and brand profiles that you hand to a designer or a UGC creator.

Foreplay is a Canadian company — its terms are governed by the law of Ontario, with the courts in Toronto. It sells only subscriptions, billed in US dollars through Stripe. A Mehbit virtual Visa or Mastercard topped up with USDT goes into that checkout like any other international card.

Why is payment hard?

Many local bank cards are not authorized for international SaaS billing. Services process payments through Stripe on international rails, so domestic-only cards are often declined even when you have sufficient balance.

Accepted card types

  • Virtual Visa
  • Virtual Mastercard
  • Prepaid
  • Debit
  • Credit card
  • Crypto (direct)

Foreplay takes cards through Stripe, and its checkout accepted a Mehbit virtual card. Foreplay does not accept cryptocurrency, so topping up a Mehbit card with USDT and paying by card is the route.

FAQ

Can I pay for Foreplay with a virtual Visa or Mastercard?

Yes. Foreplay bills by card through Stripe, and we tested it with a real Mehbit card — the checkout accepted the card, and the only decline was for insufficient balance, not from Foreplay. Issue a Mehbit virtual card, top it up with USDT, and use it to start the trial or subscribe.

Does the Foreplay free trial need a card?

Yes. You pick a plan, enter a card and get 7 days free. When the trial ends you are subscribed and charged automatically unless you cancelled from Account Settings. Make sure the Mehbit card is funded before day seven if you intend to stay.

How much does Foreplay cost?

At the list prices we checked, Basic is $59 a month ($49 a month billed annually) for one user, Workflow is $175 a month ($149 annually) for five users, and Agency is $459 a month ($389 annually) for ten users. Extra users are $20 each, and Enterprise is quoted individually.

Can I get a refund from Foreplay?

Foreplay offers a 14-day money-back guarantee after your first charge. After that, monthly plans can be cancelled at any time but are not refunded pro rata, and cancelling a yearly plan does not bring a refund. That is why starting on monthly billing is the safer choice.

What happens if my card has no balance on the renewal date?

The renewal charge is declined. Foreplay’s terms let it retry with a backup payment method on file, and without a successful payment your access can lapse. Top up the Mehbit card before each renewal date to avoid the gap.

Tips

The 7-day trial needs a card and turns into a paid plan automatically. Cancel from Account Settings before it ends if you are not staying.

Fund the Mehbit card before the trial ends — the first charge lands on the card you entered at sign-up.

Start on monthly billing. Yearly plans are about 15% cheaper, but cancelling a yearly commitment gets no refund.

If you forgot to cancel, the 14-day money-back guarantee after the first charge is the window to ask for your money back.

Extra seats are $20 per user on every plan. Check how many people really need access before picking Workflow or Agency.

Renewals happen automatically. Keep the card topped up before each renewal date, or the charge will be declined and access can lapse.

Cancel through Foreplay’s in-app chat or by emailing [email protected], and keep the confirmation.
