Sync (sync.so) is an AI lipsync and visual dubbing platform. You give it a video and an audio track, and its models redraw the speaker’s mouth so the lips match the new audio — in a different language, a different take, or a cloned voice.
Localisation teams use it to dub marketing videos without reshooting, creators use it to re-voice footage, and developers call the same models through an API. Billing is a monthly plan plus per-second usage, so the plan sets your limits and the generations set your bill.

Does Sync accept virtual Mastercard?
Yes. Sync processes payments through a standard international card processor, so a reloadable virtual Mastercard with 3-D Secure is accepted like any normal international card. Single-use gift-card BINs may be rejected, but a proper reloadable card works.
Has a Mehbit card actually worked on Sync?
Yes. A Mehbit cardholder had Sync charges settle successfully. Later attempts were declined, but only because the card balance was too low at that moment, not because Sync rejected the card.

Can I pay for Sync with crypto?

Why did my Sync payment fail for insufficient balance?
Sync bills the plan fee and per-second usage separately, so a card loaded for the plan price alone can be short when the usage charge arrives. Keep a buffer above the plan fee to cover generations.

Expect two separate charges, not one. Real Mehbit cardholder activity shows the plan fee and a usage charge landing as distinct transactions, so keep enough balance for both.
Recognise the descriptor. Sync bills under SYNCHRONICITY LABS INC, San Francisco. If you see that on your Mehbit statement and do not recognise it, it is your sync.so subscription — not an unknown merchant.
Top up before a big batch. Concurrent jobs on Growth and Scale can burn through credit quickly, and a mid-batch decline for insufficient balance will interrupt renders you have already queued.
Match the billing name and address on your Sync account to your card details. Card processors run AVS and 3-D Secure checks, and consistent billing information reduces the chance of a declined or flagged payment.
