What is Taboola?
Taboola is a performance advertising network. Your ads appear in recommendation slots on publisher and news websites, so you can reach readers outside the big social platforms and send them to your site, store or landing page.
Advertisers run campaigns in Realize, Taboola’s ads platform and the successor to Taboola Ads. It includes a generative-AI ad maker, an AI assistant called Abby that helps with onboarding, budget advice and fixing rejected creatives, and the Taboola Pixel for tracking conversions.
Self-serve advertisers sign up through a short wizard and pay by card. A Mehbit virtual Mastercard funded with USDT is entered at checkout like any other international card, so you can run Taboola campaigns without a local bank card.
Why local cards get declined at Taboola
Many local bank cards are not enabled for international online payments, or their bank refuses foreign merchants. Merchants abroad charge cards through global payment processors, so a domestic-only card is often declined even when it has enough balance.

Taboola payment FAQ
Can I pay for Taboola ads with a virtual Mastercard?
Yes. We tested it with a real Mehbit card — Taboola accepted the card and the authorization went through. Issue a Mehbit virtual Mastercard, load it with USDT and add it when you sign up as an advertiser.
How does Taboola charge my card?
On Automatic Billing the card is charged each time your campaigns spend a set billing increment, and the remainder at the end of the month. You get a monthly invoice for the total.
Does Taboola add a fee for card payments?
Yes. Taboola adds a card processing fee that depends on your region, on top of your ad spend. Leave room on the card for it.
Is there a Taboola subscription?
No. You bid per click or per thousand impressions and pay only for what your campaigns spend.
Why did my campaigns stop?
A common reason is a declined billing charge because the card ran out of balance. Top up your Mehbit card so the next charge goes through.
Tips for paying Taboola
Load the Mehbit card before you finish sign-up, and keep enough on it for your planned spend plus Taboola’s card processing fee.
Charges arrive as your campaigns spend, not once a month — if the card runs empty a charge is declined and your campaigns can stop.
Mehbit charges $0.35 from your wallet for each card transaction, including a declined one, and Taboola bills in several charges as you spend — so keep the card topped up rather than letting charges fail.
Set daily and total budgets on your campaigns so spend cannot outrun the money on the card.
Use the Taboola Pixel from the start so you can see which campaigns convert before you raise budgets.
