What is Decart AI?

Decart is an AI lab, Decart.ai Inc., that builds video models fast enough to run live. Its Lucy models edit a video stream as it plays: they can restyle a scene, swap a character, change a background or dress a person in different clothes (virtual try-on). Its Oasis model generates an interactive world you can drive in real time.

Developers reach these models through the Decart API Platform at platform.decart.ai. There is a Realtime API for live camera or video streams, a Queue API for editing finished videos and a Process API for editing images, with SDKs for JavaScript, Python, Swift and Android.

Decart bills the API by usage, paid with credits bought in advance by card. A Mehbit virtual debit Mastercard topped up with USDT was accepted there like any other international card.

Decart’s pricing is pay-as-you-go: no subscription and no minimum spend. Realtime models are billed per second of active generation, video models per generated second and image models per image. At the published list prices, Lucy 2.5 costs $0.02 a second for a live 720p stream ($0.04 in fast mode) and $0.04 per generated second of 720p video. The Lucy virtual try-on models cost the same. Lucy Restyle 2 costs $0.01 a second, Oasis 3 Preview $0.02 a second, and a Lucy Image 2 edit costs $0.01 at 480p or $0.02 at 720p.

In practice, Decart’s own examples put a five-second 720p video edit with Lucy 2.5 at $0.20 and a 30-second live Lucy 2.5 session at $0.60. Teams with steady volume can ask Decart for custom enterprise pricing.

Credits are bought in advance and spent as you use the API. Decart’s API terms are strict about them: every credit purchase is final and non-refundable, unused credits expire after twelve months, and the API stops working the moment your credits run out. Decart does not renew anything automatically, so you buy each new batch of credits yourself.

That makes the card side simple. There is no subscription to keep funded, so the Mehbit card only needs enough balance at the moment you buy credits. Buy what you expect to use within the year rather than a large stock that may expire.

Decart’s API terms say the API is for business and professional use, not for personal or household use, and that you must be at least 18. Its consumer apps run under separate terms, and credits bought there must be used within 90 days.

On the Mehbit side, issuing a virtual card takes about 5 minutes. You keep your funds in USDT, move the amount you need onto the card (a 5% card-load fee applies, and each wallet deposit costs 2 USDT), then pay Decart by card. Each card transaction costs $0.35 from your wallet, declines included.
