DMIT’s prices are high for the specs and that is deliberate: you pay for the route, not the RAM. On the public pricing page, checked on 2026-09-15, Los Angeles Premium plans started at $10.90 a month for 1 vCore, 2 GB RAM, 20 GB SSD and 1,000 GB of transfer; Tokyo Premium started at $21.90 a month; Hong Kong Premium started at $39.90 a month for 1 vCore, 1 GB RAM and 500 GB of transfer, climbing to $179.90 a month for the MICRO plan (4 vCores, 4 GB RAM, 80 GB SSD, 2,000 GB). At the other end, the Tier 1 WEE plan is $36.90 a year. DMIT itself marks these tables “for reference only”, reserves the right to change prices at any time, and does not raise the price of a term you have already paid for — so the figure on the invoice is the one that counts.

Stock is the other thing to check before you fund a card. DMIT sells capacity in limited batches and plans go out of stock regularly. When we looked at the order page on 2026-09-15, the Los Angeles and Tokyo plans were listed as out of stock and only the Hong Kong plans could be ordered. That changes from week to week; confirm the plan you want is actually orderable before you top up.

On 2026-09-15, a real Mehbit card paid DMIT $179.90 and the charge settled — it appears on the statement as DMIT, INC. TYSONS USA and it completed, so real money moved. That is one confirmed payment, not a long track record, and it is the whole basis of the payment-tested badge on this page. For what it is worth, $179.90 is exactly the listed monthly price of the Hong Kong Premium MICRO plan, but the card data only shows the amount and the merchant, not the product, so we cannot tell you that is what was bought.

DMIT’s own billing help is unusually specific about why card payments fail: the card must support 3-D Secure, your account must carry your complete name and address, and Stripe’s risk system can reject a payment on its own. Fill in the profile fully before you check out. DMIT’s terms also say registration details must be real — accounts with false information are terminated without a refund — and that, because of US OFAC restrictions, it does not accept orders from Cuba, Iran, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan or Syria. Read those terms before you order; they decide whether you can keep the account, and a working card does not change them.

Renewals are where money is actually lost. DMIT generates a renewal invoice 7 days before a monthly instance expires, earlier on longer cycles. If it is not paid, the instance is suspended at expiry, kept for 3 days, and then deleted with its data unrecoverable. Automatic payment and automatic renewal also require two-factor authentication on the account — without 2FA DMIT can switch them off, and the invoice will just sit there unpaid. Put the renewal date in your calendar, fund the card before it, and keep your own backups.
