What is this service?
DMIT (DMIT, Inc.) is a US-based provider of KVM virtual servers, with smaller lines in bare-metal servers, IP transit and colocation. It runs three locations — Los Angeles, Hong Kong (inside Equinix HK2) and Tokyo — and its whole pitch is the network rather than the hardware: routes engineered for low latency and low packet loss into mainland China and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
Every plan belongs to one of three network series. Premium uses China Telecom’s CN2 GIA and DMIT’s own backbone and is the most expensive. Eyeball is a cheaper middle tier with best-effort China routing over CMIN2/CMI. Tier 1 is plain global transit with no China-specific routing and is the cheapest by far. Underneath sit three hardware generations — AS3, AN4 and AN5, on AMD EPYC 7003, 9004 and 9005 processors — and each plan name encodes all of it, for example HKG.AS3.Pro.MICRO.
DMIT bills in US dollars through an online client area, and card payments are processed by Stripe. There is no local payment option for most of the world, so an international card is the practical route. A Mehbit virtual Visa or Mastercard, topped up with USDT, is presented at DMIT’s checkout as an ordinary international card — and one has already paid DMIT successfully.
Accepted card types

- Crypto (direct)
DMIT processes card payments through Stripe and requires 3-D Secure and complete billing details. A reloadable Mehbit virtual Visa or Mastercard has settled a payment there. DMIT’s help pages also mention PayPal and Alipay; we could not confirm a direct cryptocurrency option.

Rates may be updated from time to time; the final rate is always shown in the app before you pay.
Why is payment hard?
Many local bank cards are not authorized for international SaaS billing. Services process payments through Stripe on international rails, so domestic-only cards are often declined even when you have sufficient balance.

FAQ
Can I pay for DMIT with a virtual Visa or Mastercard?
Yes. DMIT takes card payments through Stripe, and a Mehbit virtual card has already paid there: on 2026-09-15 a $179.90 charge to DMIT, INC. TYSONS USA settled in full. It is one confirmed payment, not a long history, but it shows the card clears DMIT’s checkout. Make sure your DMIT profile has your complete name and address first — DMIT says missing details are a common reason card payments fail.
How much does a DMIT VPS cost?
It depends mostly on the location and network series. On 2026-09-15 the pricing page listed Los Angeles Premium from $10.90 a month, Tokyo Premium from $21.90 a month, Hong Kong Premium from $39.90 a month, and a Tier 1 WEE plan at $36.90 a year. DMIT marks those prices as for reference only and changes them, so check the order page before you pay.
Why is the DMIT plan I want out of stock?
DMIT sells capacity in limited batches, and popular plans — especially in Los Angeles and Tokyo — often sell out and come back later. When we checked on 2026-09-15, only the Hong Kong plans could be ordered. Confirm the plan is orderable before you top up your card, so you are not left with a balance waiting for stock.
Does DMIT accept customers from every country?
No. DMIT’s terms of service say that, because of US OFAC restrictions, it does not accept orders from Cuba, Iran, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan or Syria, and that accounts registered with false information are terminated without a refund. Read DMIT’s terms before you order: they are between you and DMIT, and paying with a working card does not change them.
Can I get a refund from DMIT?
On new orders, yes, within limits. DMIT gives a full refund within 3 days if the server has used no more than 30 GB of transfer, and a partial refund within 30 days; the payment gateway’s fee is deducted when the money goes back to the original payment method. Renewal invoices are not refundable, and refunds are capped at three per product series per person.
What happens if my DMIT renewal is not paid?
DMIT issues the renewal invoice 7 days before a monthly instance expires. If it is still unpaid at expiry, the instance is suspended, kept for 3 days, and then deleted — the data cannot be recovered. Fund the card before the invoice date, enable two-factor authentication so automatic payment can stay on, and keep your own backups.
Tips
Check that the plan is in stock before you top up. Many DMIT plans go out of stock for weeks; on 2026-09-15 only the Hong Kong plans were orderable.
Complete your full name and address in the DMIT profile before checkout. DMIT says incomplete details are a common cause of failed card payments.
Turn on two-factor authentication. DMIT requires it for automatic payment and automatic renewal, and can disable both without it.
Fund the card before the renewal invoice is due. An unpaid instance is suspended at expiry and deleted 3 days later, data included.
Pick the network series for your audience. Premium (CN2 GIA) only pays off if your users are in mainland China or nearby; for everyone else Tier 1 is far cheaper.
