What is this service?
Eneba is a marketplace for digital gaming products: game keys for PC and console, gift cards for stores such as Steam, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo, subscription codes, and in-game currency top-ups. Sellers list codes and Eneba handles the checkout and buyer protection.
People use it mainly for price — regional keys and marketplace competition often put a title well below its store price — and for access, because a gift card bought on Eneba can fund a store account that will not take your card directly.
Eneba does not accept Iranian bank cards, and it is one of the merchants where a Mehbit virtual card also cannot be used directly. The payment is blocked before it reaches Eneba, for the same reason Steam and Google Play purchases are blocked.
Why is payment hard?
Many local bank cards are not authorized for international SaaS billing. Services process payments through Stripe on international rails, so domestic-only cards are often declined even when you have sufficient balance.

Can I pay Eneba with a Mehbit card?
No. We tested real Mehbit card payments to Eneba and multiple attempts were declined at the card network because Eneba’s merchant category (MCC) is restricted on these cards.
Why is my Eneba payment declined?
The decline happens at the card network, before Eneba sees the transaction. Eneba is classified under a merchant category code that these cards do not permit — the same restriction that blocks direct Steam purchases and Google Play billing. It is not a balance problem.
Will topping up my card more make the Eneba payment work?
No. The block is on the merchant category, not on your balance. Adding funds, switching to another Mehbit card, or retrying later will not change the result, and repeated failed attempts can flag your checkout session on Eneba.
Does this mean all gaming payments are blocked?
The game-key and gift-card category is what is restricted, which also covers direct Steam purchases and Google Play billing.
