What is this service?
Cursor is an AI-native code editor built on VS Code. It keeps your extensions, themes, and keybindings while adding Tab autocomplete, inline edits, chat, and Agent mode that can search your codebase, run terminal commands, and edit multiple files.
Developers use Cursor for everyday coding with frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Cursor’s own Composer models. Paid plans include unlimited Tab completions, unlimited Auto mode, cloud agents, MCP integrations, and a monthly usage credit pool for premium model requests.
If your local bank card does not work on Stripe, Mehbit lets you fund a reloadable virtual Visa or Mastercard with USDT and pay Cursor’s subscription at cursor.com/dashboard — or request a proxy payment through the Mehbit app.

- Credit card
- Crypto (direct)
Cursor uses Stripe and accepts Visa/Mastercard. Reloadable virtual cards work when 3-D Secure passes. Single-use prepaid gift cards often fail. Crypto is not accepted directly — fund a Mehbit card with USDT instead.

Why is payment hard?
Many local bank cards are not authorized for international SaaS billing. Services process payments through Stripe on international rails, so domestic-only cards are often declined even when you have sufficient balance.

FAQ
Does Cursor accept virtual Visa or Mastercard?
Cursor bills through Stripe, which accepts Visa and Mastercard. Reloadable virtual cards work when 3-D Secure passes and the billing address (AVS) matches — this covers most users. Single-use prepaid gift-card BINs are often declined.
Can I pay for Cursor with a Mehbit card?
Yes. Issue a Mehbit virtual Visa or Mastercard, top it up with USDT, and add it in Cursor Settings → Billing. Mehbit cards are built for international SaaS subscriptions like Cursor, Netflix, and GitHub.
What are Cursor's subscription plans and prices?
As of 2026: Hobby (free), Pro $20/month, Pro+ $60/month, Ultra $200/month, Teams from $40 per user/month, and Enterprise (custom). Annual billing saves about 20%. Every paid plan includes a monthly credit pool for premium models, and Auto mode is unlimited.
Can I pay for Cursor with crypto?
Cursor does not accept cryptocurrency directly. Convert USDT to a Mehbit virtual Visa or Mastercard and pay like any other card — Stripe never sees the crypto step.
Is there a free trial for Cursor Pro?
The Hobby plan is free forever with no card. New accounts may receive a short Pro trial. Pro is not free permanently — ongoing use needs a paid subscription or the student (.edu) program.
What if my local bank card is declined?
Many local bank cards do not clear Stripe for US SaaS billing. Get a Mehbit virtual Visa or Mastercard funded with USDT and add it at cursor.com/dashboard, or submit a proxy payment request in the Mehbit app.
Tips
Load enough balance for your plan plus optional on-demand model usage — Pro includes about $20 of frontier-model credits per month; overages bill to your card if enabled.
Use a consistent billing name, address, and ZIP that match your Mehbit card profile. Stripe may decline mismatched AVS details.
Prefer annual billing on Pro to save ~20% ($16/month equivalent). Upgrade or downgrade anytime from cursor.com/dashboard/billing.
Start with the free Hobby plan to test the editor; upgrade to Pro when you need unlimited Tab, Agent, and cloud agents.
Students with a verified .edu email may qualify for one year of Cursor Pro free through Cursor’s student program — separate from Mehbit card payment.
