If you would rather separate budgets, you can share a Mehbit card with a teammate — as the owner you keep sole control of top-ups while they can use the card details to pay.

The provider retries on its own schedule, but do not count on that window. Most developer tools degrade or lock the resource before the dunning emails finish, so the practical answer is to keep a balance buffer above your monthly run rate rather than topping up on the renewal date.
