What is this service?
Google Workspace (the service that used to be called G Suite) is Google’s paid business suite: email at your own domain through Gmail, plus Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Meet, Chat and Gemini, all managed from an admin console where you create and remove accounts for your team.
It is billed per user per month through Google Payments, charged on the day of the month you signed up. There is no one-off purchase — it is a running subscription, so the card behind it has to stay funded month after month.
Google asks for an international card. A Mehbit virtual Visa or Mastercard, topped up with USDT, presents at Google’s checkout as an ordinary international card — and we have paid a real Workspace subscription with one.
Accepted card types
- Virtual Visa
- Virtual Mastercard
- Prepaid

- Crypto (direct)
Google Payments accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express for Workspace. A reloadable Mehbit virtual Visa or Mastercard works as long as the billing address on your Google account matches the card. Google does not take cryptocurrency for Workspace.

For businesses
We don’t charge businesses any extra fee — exactly the same rates apply. Need a dedicated solution? Get in touch.
Rates may be updated from time to time; the final rate is always shown in the app before you pay.
Why is payment hard?
Many local bank cards are not authorized for international SaaS billing. Services process payments through Stripe on international rails, so domestic-only cards are often declined even when you have sufficient balance.

FAQ
Can I pay for Google Workspace with a virtual Visa or Mastercard?
Yes. Google Payments accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express for Workspace, and a reloadable Mehbit virtual card works at that checkout. We tested it with a real Mehbit card on 2026-09-02 and Google accepted the subscription charge.
Is Google Workspace blocked like Google Play?
No. Google Play store and in-app purchases run under a restricted merchant category that blocks our cards at the network level. Google Workspace bills through the ordinary Google Payments software category — the same one as Google Cloud and Google Ads — and it is not blocked.
How much does Google Workspace cost per user?
Roughly $7, $14 and $22 per user per month for Business Starter, Standard and Plus on the annual plan, and about $8.40, $16.80 and $26.40 on the flexible monthly plan. Enterprise is quoted by Google sales. These are US list prices before tax; your country’s price may differ and Google changes them, so check the figure at checkout.
What happens if my card has no balance on the renewal date?
Google retries the charge for a few days, sends warnings to the admin address, and then suspends the account until the bill is paid. Nothing is deleted immediately, but people lose access to email while it is suspended — so top the card up a day or two before the billing date.
Do I need my own domain to sign up?
Yes. Workspace gives you email at a domain, so you either verify a domain you already own or buy one during signup through Google’s domain partner. A domain bought that way is a separate charge from the subscription.
Can Mehbit pay for Google Workspace on my behalf?
Yes. If the card keeps getting declined, top up your Mehbit balance and request a proxy payment in the app — we settle the Google bill for you and the Workspace account stays entirely yours.
Tips
Top up a day or two before your monthly billing date rather than on it — a card that is funded an hour late has already failed the charge.
Keep a small buffer above the exact subscription amount. Google adds local tax on top of the list price, so the charge is usually a little larger than the number on the pricing page.
Adding a new card can trigger a small verification charge. It is not a fee — it drops off within a few days.
The annual plan is cheaper per user but commits you for twelve months, and it still bills monthly. The flexible plan costs more and lets you drop users in any month. Pick flexible if your headcount moves.
Only pay for the seats you are actually using. You can add users at any time, and on the flexible plan you can remove them just as easily.
