Pay for Zoho

Zoho Mail and Zoho Workplace are priced per user in US dollars. Mail Lite is $1 per user a month billed annually with 5 GB of mail storage (or $1.25 with 10 GB), and Mail Premium is $4 per user a month billed annually with 50 GB — both are yearly-only, with no monthly plan. Workplace Standard, which adds the office suite, chat, meetings and file storage, is $3 per user a month billed annually or $4 billed monthly. Workplace Professional is $6 billed annually or $7 billed monthly, and Workplace Enterprise is priced on request. Local taxes such as VAT or GST are charged on top.

Zoho CRM has four paid editions, priced per user per month: Standard at $14 billed annually or $20 billed monthly, Professional at $23 or $35, Enterprise at $40 or $50, and Ultimate at $52 or $65. Zoho says yearly plans save up to 34%. Zoho One comes in two models: All Employee Pricing at $37 per employee a month billed annually ($45 billed monthly), which requires a licence for every employee on your payroll, and Flexible User Pricing at $90 per user a month billed annually ($105 billed monthly), with no minimum number of licences.

Zoho accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal, and takes bank transfer or cheque only for yearly subscriptions. Its terms say plans shorter than a year can be paid by card only. Crypto is not listed as a payment option. A USDT-funded card fills that gap: you keep your funds in USDT, move what you need onto a Mehbit virtual card and pay Zoho by card. Note that Zoho prices by region and bills in the currency of the country where the account was created, so the amount you see may differ from the US dollar list prices above.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period — monthly or yearly — so the card on file needs enough balance before every renewal date. An empty card is declined even though Zoho accepts the card itself. Because pricing is per user, adding users or upgrading an edition mid-term triggers an extra charge, so leave headroom on the card if your team is growing. Zoho’s terms ask you to tell them at least seven days before the renewal date if you do not want to renew.

Zoho’s refund policy is more generous than most. In the first 30 days of a monthly plan or the first 45 days of an annual plan, you can write to [email protected] if you are unhappy; Zoho first tries to fix the problem, and if you are still not satisfied it issues a full refund and moves the account to the free plan. If you simply forgot to cancel, you can still ask for a full refund within five business days of a monthly renewal or 15 days of an annual renewal. Reducing users or downgrading in the middle of an annual plan is credited as a subscription extension rather than cash.

One restriction to know before you pay: Zoho follows US and EU sanctions rules. It disables account sign-up for users located in Russia, Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria, and it does not accept mobile numbers with those country codes, either at sign-up or on an existing account. A working card does not change these account rules, and using Zoho against its terms can lead to the account being suspended without a refund. Check that you are eligible for a Zoho account before you subscribe.
