What is this service?
GetBlock is a blockchain infrastructure provider. It runs full and archive nodes for more than 130 networks — Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Solana, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, Bitcoin, TRON, Sui and many others — and sells access to them as RPC endpoints. Instead of syncing and maintaining your own node, you create an endpoint in the GetBlock dashboard and send JSON-RPC, REST, WebSocket, GraphQL or gRPC requests to it. The company is GetBlock Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, and it has been running nodes since 2019.
There are three ways to buy capacity. Shared nodes are the self-serve plans, metered in Compute Units (CUs): every RPC method has a CU weight, heavy calls such as eth_getLogs cost more than a balance lookup, and each plan comes with a CU allowance and a requests-per-second cap. Limitless Node is a fixed-throughput endpoint on one chain with no CU metering, from $150 a month. Dedicated nodes are single-tenant servers with no metering at all, from $1,000 a month, hosted in Frankfurt, New York or Singapore.
GetBlock bills in US dollars. Card subscriptions are processed by Paddle, its merchant of record, and crypto payments by NOWPayments. For a developer whose local bank card is refused abroad, a Mehbit virtual Visa or Mastercard topped up with USDT is presented at that Paddle checkout as an ordinary international card — and one has been paying a GetBlock subscription month after month.
Why is payment hard?
Many local bank cards are not authorized for international SaaS billing. Services process payments through Stripe on international rails, so domestic-only cards are often declined even when you have sufficient balance.
Accepted card types

- Crypto (direct)
GetBlock takes cards for subscriptions through Paddle, its merchant of record, and a reloadable Mehbit virtual Visa or Mastercard has settled GetBlock charges successfully. Crypto is marked because GetBlock also accepts cryptocurrency directly through NOWPayments, as one-time payments or to fund prepaid Credits.

FAQ
Can I pay for GetBlock with a virtual Visa or Mastercard?
Yes. GetBlock takes cards through Paddle, and a Mehbit virtual card has paid it repeatedly, settling a recurring monthly subscription charge more than once. The only failed attempts were declined because the card had not been topped up — not because GetBlock or Paddle refused the card.
How much does GetBlock cost?
The shared plans run from Free ($0) through Starter at $49, Growth at $99, Advanced at $199, Scale at $349, Pro at $499 and Premium at $699 a month, with 20% off for annual billing and Enterprise from $999 a month. Limitless Node starts at $150 a month and dedicated nodes at $1,000 a month. Tax is added on top.
Why is my GetBlock card charge higher than the plan price?
GetBlock’s prices exclude tax, and Paddle adds VAT based on your billing location. On tested cards the monthly charge lands a bit above the listed plan price — roughly 9% higher — although the card data does not show a tax breakdown. Load a little more than the listed price.
What does a GetBlock charge look like on my card statement?
Subscription payments appear as PADDLE.NET* GETBLOCKDO London GBR, because Paddle is GetBlock’s merchant of record. A charge billed directly by GetBlock appears as GETBLOCK PTE. LTD. SINGAPORE SGP. Both names belong to GetBlock payments, so neither is a sign of fraud.
What happens if a GetBlock renewal fails?
GetBlock retries a failed renewal after 3 days. Under its subscription policy, after the second failed attempt recurring payments are cancelled and access can be suspended until you subscribe again. A tested card went through this — a decline for insufficient balance — and was charged normally again once it was topped up. Load the card before each renewal date.
Can I get a refund from GetBlock?
Usually not for shared-node plans. GetBlock may refund at its discretion in exceptional cases, such as a duplicate payment or an accidental annual subscription that was not used or barely used, if you ask within 14 days of the payment. Unused subscription time is not refunded, so cancel at least 48 hours before the period ends if you do not want the next charge.
Can I pay GetBlock with crypto instead of a card?
Yes. GetBlock accepts cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, but those are one-time payments rather than automatic renewals. You can also fund prepaid GetBlock Credits and spend them on subscriptions; Credits cannot be withdrawn or refunded. A card through Paddle is the option that renews automatically.
Tips
Load the card before every renewal date. A renewal on an empty card is declined, and after a second failed attempt GetBlock cancels the recurring subscription.
Budget for tax on top of the plan price, and leave a small buffer. Paddle adds VAT by region, so expect the card charge to land a bit above the listed plan price.
Use the Paddle reminder emails, sent 4 and 2 days before a renewal, as your cue to top up the card.
Start on the free plan and measure how many Compute Units your app really uses before choosing a paid tier. Heavy methods and archive endpoints burn CUs much faster.
Annual billing saves 20%, but it is one large charge: load the full yearly amount plus tax before you switch.
