Why is my Z2U payment declined?
The decline happens at the card network, before Z2U sees the transaction. Z2U is classified under a merchant category code these cards do not permit. It is not a balance problem.
Will topping up my card make the Z2U payment work?
No. The block is on the merchant category, not on your balance. Adding funds, using another Mehbit card or retrying later will not change the result.
Are all gaming payments blocked?
