What is this service?
TOEFL iBT is the English test from ETS that universities in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and Europe use to check an international applicant’s English. You register and pay in your ETS account, pick a test centre or the at-home option and a date, and your scores go to the universities you choose.
Registration is paid online, in US dollars, before you get a confirmed appointment. ETS accepts major debit and credit cards, including Mastercard, as well as PayPal and Alipay. If you have no international bank card, a Mehbit virtual Mastercard funded with USDT is a simple way to pay.
Why is payment hard?

Can I pay the TOEFL fee with a virtual card?

How much does TOEFL iBT cost?
The test fee depends on the country or location where you take the test, and ETS shows it after you choose your location. Extras have fixed prices: express registration US$49, rescheduling US$69, an additional score report US$29 and a section score review US$80.
What happens if my payment is declined?
ETS charges a US$30 returned-payment fee for a declined card payment. With a Mehbit card the usual reason is a balance lower than the amount due, so load the full amount first and try again.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
If you cancel in your ETS account at least 4 full days before the test date, ETS refunds 50% of the test fee automatically to the original payment method. Keep your Mehbit card open until the refund arrives.
