What is this service?
MobiMatter is a travel eSIM marketplace run by MOBIMATTER LTD, a company registered in Abu Dhabi Global Market in the United Arab Emirates and founded in 2019. Rather than selling one network’s plans, it lists eSIM packages from more than 30 approved providers — its About page names Airalo, eSIM Go, Ubigi, Three and DTAC among them — so you can compare several offers for the same destination side by side.
The catalogue covers about 200 destinations: single-country packages, regional ones for Europe, Asia, the Middle East and other areas, and global packages that work across dozens of countries. You buy on the website or in the iOS or Android app, and the eSIM is delivered instantly on screen and by email, with a QR code and installation steps. MobiMatter says hotspot tethering works on all plans, and you can check your usage and top up from your account.
Purchases are paid by card. A Mehbit virtual Mastercard topped up with USDT works at MobiMatter’s checkout like any other international card, so you can sort out mobile data before a trip without a local bank card.
Why is payment hard?
Many local bank cards are not authorized for international SaaS billing. Services process payments through Stripe on international rails, so domestic-only cards are often declined even when you have sufficient balance.

FAQ
Can I pay for MobiMatter with a virtual Mastercard?
Yes. MobiMatter accepts Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, and we tested it with a real Mehbit card — payments have gone through and settled more than once. Issue a Mehbit virtual card, top it up with USDT, and pay at MobiMatter’s checkout.
Does MobiMatter accept crypto?
MobiMatter does not list a crypto payment option; its terms name Visa and Mastercard cards. A USDT-funded Mehbit card bridges the gap: you move the USDT you need onto the card and pay MobiMatter in US dollars by card.
How much does a MobiMatter eSIM cost?
It depends on the package — MobiMatter is a marketplace and each offer has its own price. Offers featured on its home page when we checked ranged from $8.99 for Turkey 12 GB over 30 days to $41.99 for a global 13 GB package valid for a year. Always go by the price shown at checkout.
Why did my MobiMatter payment fail?
MobiMatter’s help center lists three things to check: you are not on a VPN, your connection is stable, and your card supports 3-D Secure, which its payment gateway requires. Also make sure the card holds the full price. Before retrying, check Order History — a failed attempt may show as pending and is released by the bank.
Can I get a refund from MobiMatter?
Only in limited cases. After an eSIM is downloaded or activated, MobiMatter refunds only a genuine product fault that is not resolved within 24 hours of you reporting it through its troubleshooting tool. Before download you can cancel, but operator fees apply. Refunds go back to the original payment method — your Mehbit card — and take 10 to 45 days.
Tips
Check that your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before you pay — an incompatible device is the easiest way to lose money on an eSIM.
Read the offer page carefully: confirm the package covers your exact country and that the listed network has coverage where you are going. A wrong purchase is not refunded.
Turn off your VPN before you pay. MobiMatter’s help center lists VPN use as a cause of failed payments.
Top up the Mehbit card before checkout so it already holds the full package price.
If a payment seems to fail, look at Order History before trying again, so you do not pay twice.
Sign in before you buy and pick a reward at checkout — 3% off now, or 10% cashback if you expect to buy again within a year.
Do not delete the eSIM or reset your phone while the package is active, and keep the Mehbit card open for a few weeks in case a refund has to come back to it.
