Very likely, but ask support before you order a card for it. Publishers in this sector restrict sales by region more aggressively than most, so the sensible order is to confirm the title accepts a card from your programme country first, then buy the card.
Will the card country affect what I can read?
Sometimes. Financial publishers vary both their pricing and their editions by region, so a subscription bought on a Singapore or UK card may present a different edition or a different price from the one you were expecting. This is a publisher policy rather than a card limitation.
Do annual subscriptions carry extra risk?
Only in that the amount is larger and the commitment is longer.
